NARS Radiant Cream Compact Foundation Fall 2013 Line

The NARS Radiant Cream Compact Foundation line will hit the counters on the 1st of August on narscosmetics.com as well as in NARS boutiques. The label is introducing a new set of high performance foundation tones which can be applied both wet and dry, allowing maximum versatility.
